For this exhibition I made music for 8 channels, where 2 of those where subwoofers placed inside round platforms for the audience to sit on.
Mortensen and I discussed the overall aesthetics of the sound. We wanted a feeling in the music which was comforting and healing, but also with a clear disturbance within. The music is ambivalent, just as the feeling connected to an apology.
The piece is build up by many different loops, with different lengths (about 1 hour each). The music therefore gradually changes over time.
